As a UX/UI designer with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization, I bridge the gap between user needs and business goals. I work closely with teams and clients to craft digital experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and built to perform.

Professional Background

My career has taken me through a few different industries—fashion, finance, and manufacturing—each of which has taught me something valuable about design, business, and understanding people. I began in customer service and visual merchandising, where I learned firsthand how important it is to create experiences that resonate with customers. From there, I transitioned into sales, business development, and senior account management, where I developed a deeper understanding of client needs and business objectives.

I have degrees in Product Development and Business Management, which helped me blend creativity with strategy.

Today, I bring everything I’ve learned into my work as a UX designer, using my experience to create designs that solve real problems and drive results. I focus on understanding both the user and the business, making sure every decision adds value and leads to a better experience for everyone involved.

I make sure our clients rank at the top of Google’s search results with content that answers the needs of their audiences.

Professional Background

Freshly out of college, 5 years ago, I got my first job – writing meta tags and only meta tags! It was my first contact with SEO but I knew there must be more to it. So I went on to accept a Digital Marketing Manager position in an early-stage startup that helped me broaden my horizons and hone my skills.

Working with a limited budget meant relying on organic marketing and that’s when I realized Content Marketing was my calling.

Values that drive me

Honesty – I can’t stand lies or hypocrisy. I’d rather be the “bad guy” for telling the uncomfortable truth.

Justice – For as long as I can remember I’ve stood against any form of injustice, be it bullying, discrimination, violence…

Play – Despite all the adversities that life comes with, it’s still beautiful and it needs to be enjoyed. I wish hedonism would lose its negative connotation, and that more people embrace it.

I love working with kind, curious people who care about doing great work together, and I’m always looking for ways to make content more human, helpful, and impactful.

Professional Background

I’ve spent the past several years helping B2B brands grow through search by developing SEO content strategies that are both user-focused and performance-driven.

My background includes a mix of agency and in-house roles, where I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams to align SEO with broader marketing and business objectives.

I help brands grow profitably through paid advertising and email marketing.

Professional Background

I’ve spent the past decade helping build and scale some of the most recognizable DTC and eCommerce brands in the world. From high-growth startups to household names, my work has supported companies like FIGS, DailyLook, Omaha Steaks, MeUndies, Our Place, Magic Spoon, Blue Nile, Graza, Kopari, eHarmony, and MOD Bikes.

As Director of Acquisition & Monetization at Human, I lead a team of experts across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Email/SMS. Together, we help brands unlock profitable growth through full-funnel strategies rooted in performance, creative, and data.

What sets my approach apart is a deep understanding of how to scale—without sacrificing efficiency. Whether it’s launching a brand from zero or leveling up a nine-figure business, I focus on building repeatable systems that drive sustainable growth.

At the end of the day, our goal is simple: help great products become iconic brands—profitably.

What I like about Human

What I appreciate most about working at Human is the integrity of the people. I genuinely trust my teammates—not just as coworkers, but as friends. There’s a real sense of mutual respect, accountability, and care that’s hard to find.

Leadership is transparent, even with things most agencies keep behind closed doors—like the P&L. That kind of openness builds real trust and alignment.

I also love the stage of brands we get to work with. At Human, we typically partner with companies that are either going to market or entering a key growth phase of their business. That variety keeps the work dynamic and helps me continuously refine how we support brands based on where they are—not just where they want to go.

While I’ve worked with larger, more mature brands in the past, what excites me most is helping earlier-stage businesses build the systems, strategy, and momentum they need to scale.

Operations Administrator

As an Operations Administrator, I am dedicated to supporting the team by managing and optimizing all administrative functions within the company.

Professional Background

I was born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia and lived in the US for almost 10 years. During that time, I earned my undergraduate degree in Business Administration, and right after I graduated, I pursued my MBA.

I moved back to Colombia in 2015, and since then, I worked for a company that provides engineering services in Colombia and Panama. I was with the company for almost 8 years as an Administrative Coordinator. During my time with the company, I learned so much about structuring and organizing day-to-day tasks, building client relationships, and creating strong relationships with team members.

Prior to moving back home, I had the opportunity to work for an insurance company in Des Moines, IA, as the General Manager. I worked there for two years. This was also valuable work experience for me because I learned how to proactively manage, train and assist different company departments in achieving our monthly goals.

What I like about Human

What I love about working at Human so far is that I matter – the company prioritized my well-being throughout the entire recruitment and training process, which was a unique experience for me. I also like how the company has a lot of channels to communicate with team members and clients, which definitely makes collaborating a lot easier. Lastly, I admire how the CFO, CEO, and Operations Officer work closely to ensure efficient decision-making and that everything runs smoothly. This is an excellent benefit to have as an employee and as a client of the agency.

A challenge in my industry I’d like to tackle

From my experience, most business owners have to deal with a lot of uncertainty. Nowadays, it is very challenging to run a business due to the constant changes in the worldwide economy. I would love to tackle that uncertainty by looking for ways to see the challenges as new opportunities. I like to be ahead of issues and give alternatives to mitigate tough situations. This way, I could help business owners navigate rough waters with excellent administrative support and any other type of support the company may need.
